Refund policy

Here at Serene Scenes The Label our customers happiness is our number one priority. We please ask if you are unhappy or have a problem with the item or service you received that you reach out by contacting us via our contact us link, click here to contact us. 

Returns 

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept earring returns unless faulty. However, all other items can be returned in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that the shipping will be at the buyers expense if you choose to return your item. 

If you would like to request a return please follow the steps below:

  • Ensure that items are in original condition 

  • Ensure that items are in original packaging 

  • Contact us via our email to request the return address customerservice.serenescenes@gmail.com

  • Post item at your nearest Australia Post Office

  • We will contact you via email when we have received your return

Refunds

Once your item has been shipped to our office please allow 5-7 business days for us to receive your return.

Once your item has reached our office we will contact you via email and confirm your order details in order to process your refund.

You will receive a refund to your original payment method within 7 days or if shipping delays allow up to 12 days.

You will receive an email notifying you that your refund has been processed.

Exchanges 

If you wish to return your item for a change of mind the cost of return shipping will be at the buyer's expense. 

Please note that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale items. 

Warranty 

If an item is faulty, we will cover the cost of return postage. If the customer wishes to have their item replaced we will send a replacement through express post.

All jewellery purchased from our website automatically comes with a 2-month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers any manufacturing faults and defects. Proof of purchase or order number is also required. Returns will only be considered if your jewellery is purchased from serenescenes.com.au.
