Our earrings are packaged and protected in our draw jewellery boxes to ensure the best possible protection during the shipping process. Our boxes are designed so that our customers also have the choice to store their jewellery in them when not being worn and also work perfectly when travelling as they are light and compact.

In order to preserve your jewellery’s longevity, please remove it prior to being exposed to the ocean and in the shower. You can clean your jewellery by gently wiping it with the cleaning cloth that is included with your purchase. 

We also encourage our customers to watch a video that is pinned on our socials that gives a visual representation on how we recommend you clean your jewellery pieces.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept earring returns unless faulty. However, all other items can be returned in original packaging within 7 days of being delivered. You will receive a refund to your original payment method within 7 days.

If an item is faulty, we will cover the cost of return postage. If an item is being returned for a change of mind, the cost of return postage is at the buyer's expense.
