Our boxes are designed so that our customers also have the choice to store their jewellery in them when not being worn and also work perfectly when travelling as they are light and compact.

Yes you can swim in the ocean and pool, go to the gym, shower etc in your gold jewellery but please consider:

Whilst our jewellery is made of high quality metals, your beautiful pieces require care and you must understand over time your jewellery may begin to show signs of wear- lets talk more about this.

Sterling silver can be freely worn in the ocean, shower gym etc worry free. You may notice signs of tarnish (a dull colour), but this is not permanent. You can use your provided jewellery cloth to gently wipe your pieces back to their original condition. It is recommended to do this regulary to maintain that beautiful shine. Sterling silver can become scratched with everyday wear. Be mindful of what surfaces your jewellery comes in contact with.

All our gold jewellery is finished with either PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) or E-Coating (Electrodeposition) which is an added layer of protection to prolong the life of your gold pieces. 

Most brands are not transparent about what we are going to tell you, but we arent about false expectations here. Depending on the amount of wear and environmental factors your gold jewellery endures will depend on how long your protective coating and gold plating remains in its original condition without revealing the base metal.  

We recommend to preserve your jewellerys life you remove it before swimming in the ocean, pool and before showering. Do not directly spray perfume on your jewellery, avoid direct contact with lotions and be mindful of friction between your jewellery and surfaces as this can cause scratches. To maintain the shine use our polishing cloth but be careful not to over polish or use abrasive cleaners. If you do choose to wear your jewellery in the ocean, rinse your jewellery with lukewarm water after. Discolouration may occur to your gold jewellery if the plating wears away and moisture becomes present underneath. Always store out of direct sunlight.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept earring returns unless faulty. However, all other items can be returned in original packaging within 7 days of being delivered. You will receive a refund to your original payment method within 7 days.

If an item is faulty, we will cover the cost of return postage. If an item is being returned for a change of mind, the cost of return postage is at the buyer's expense.
