After each wear you can clean your jewellery by gently wiping it with the cleaning cloth that is included with your purchase.  

To prolong the life of your beautiful pieces they can be stored in the pouch or gift box you select upon purchase and kept out of direct sunlight and environments that have high levels of moisture.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept earring returns unless faulty. However, all other items can be returned in original packaging within 7 days of being delivered. You will receive a refund to your original payment method within 7 days.

If an item is faulty, we will cover the cost of return postage. If an item is being returned for a change of mind, the cost of return postage is at the buyer's expense.
